In my employment as Founder, CEO, and Producer at Los Angeles Youth Fashion Week, I, Mateusz Wojnarowicz, teenage entrepreneur and innovator, and, former child model, curate and manage all fashion related events which I produce and organize for the self-esteem and empowerment of Los Angeles youth of legal employment age 14-24, and, events for younger kids ages 8-13. © M.W.

My entrepreneurial vision, as symbolized in my abstract artworks "Youth actualization runway" and "Youth actualization runway to empowerment" that I created as the youth Founder, Owner, and Producer of Los Angeles Youth Fashion Week, is based upon my past high school analysis of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs whereas the highest point of empowerment is actualization, which is my said company goal for Los Angeles youth of legal employment age 14-24, as well as for younger kids ages 8-13. -Mateusz Wojnarowicz © M.W.
